Fruity Chicken Salad
1 lb. chicken breasts shredded
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup red seedless grapes sliced in half
2 to 3 Tablespoons Mayo
Salt & Pepper
Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve on bread of choice or salad greens.
